Email Setup (Migration)

Step 1: Update Password

  1. Go to https://skymail02.skystreamhosting.com/login
  2. Login using your email address and temporary password.
  3. Click on Change Password in the left Sidebar.
  4. Enter your Temporary Password followed by your New Password and click Change Password.

Step 2: Enable 2FA

  1. Select Two-factor Auth from the left sidebar.
  2. Open your Authenticator App and scan the QR code.
  3. Enter your Password and the current OTP Code from your Authenticator App and click Enable 2fa.

Step 3: Create Application Passwords

  1. Click on App Passwords in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the + Add password button
  3. Enter the Application Name you'll be using this password for (e.g. "Outlook", "Apple Mail", "iPhone") and copy or write down the password. Click Create.
  4. Enter that Password into your Application or Device along with the following server settings:

    Incoming Server (IMAP)
    Server: skymail02.skystreamhosting.com
    Port: 993
    Security: SSL

    Outgoing Server (SMTP)
    Server: skymail02.skystreamhosting.com
    Port: 587
    Security: STARTTLS or TLS

  5. Repeat this step for any Email Applications or Devices you are setting up.
